Very cute little nail salon! Angel was amazing and paid close attention to detail. I already set my next appointment and will definitely be coming back. I'm new to Pacifica and this was the first spot I tried. I don't have to look any further I found my new nail spot.

Efficient, precise, long lasting, reasonably priced beautiful gel x manicure every time. I drive 40 minutes to come here. Always leave happy.

I'm an older guy and Pacifica local who had previously never frequented nail salons, but since I try to be well groomed and regularly get haircuts at a salon in Burlingame, I decided to give Ele Ela a try based on positive yelp reviews. The staff are warm, welcoming, friendly despite being very busy most times. They function like a well oiled machine which I mean in the best possible way. Most importantly, they are very efficient at doing manicures and pedicures and I also appreciate their flexibility in scheduling last minute appointments. The place is unassuming and comfortable especially for guys, and their rates are very reasonable. Overall I am very pleased with the service at Ele Ela - so much so that I've now become a regular. Definitely recommend!

Came for a French gel manicure and regular pedicure, and I was not disappointed! Usually I go to Refresh, but the quality of polishing has dwindled (too many times to mention why). Service was attentive and no frills. Didn't have to chit chat to get good service, no side chatter from employees, but just good service. Got to relax and get asked the right questions about what I wanted. Only downfall is CASH ONLY. Polish was smooth and as I requested with square round and thin French! Taken 4 days after my rough handling. Thank you!

My friend recommended Ele Ela to get my gel nails removed. I figured while I was there, I would also try out a gel manicure. Getting an appointment on the same-day was extremely easy - they were able to secure a spot for me in the afternoon. My most recent manicure at Nail Club in Skyline Plaza was actually great, but it grew out pretty significantly over a 3-week time frame. The manicurist I saw was really quick about removing my gel mani without damaging my natural nail bed. She also did a great job shaping my nails and applying smooth coats of nail polish. I expected the price to be comparable to Nail Club (around $45-55), but shockingly, with both a gel mani removal and new gel mani, I was only charged $35. (Of note, Ele Ela is cash-only.) I would come back here in a heartbeat. And what I loved more about Ele Ela was that the manicurists paid more attention to detail in my nails. 6/5 stars!

I came here yesterday with a large group of 9 to celebrate our friend's upcoming wedding day. She booked an appt ahead of time, and we were running behind by 30 minutes yet they were still so accommodating. When we walked in, the place is very small and there were only 3-4 people working so I was worried how long it would take for all 9 of us to get a combination of several manicures and pedicures. However they finished with all of us within two hours! They had a very efficient system going and were completely prepared while even handling other clients throughout our stay. They were all pretty friendly, some more talkative than others. They were so sweet to text my friend (the bride) after the appointment to thank us for our service and to wish her well on her big day. They had plenty of color selections but sadly they didn't have the one I picked, just my luck! There was one that was similar enough so I went with that. It was a bit more pink than I hoped but will end up matching well with our bridal flowers. It's only been one day but so far the quality of my gel manicure is holding up and I don't see any imperfections at all!
